Markolog HB was founded in 2004 by Hans-Otto Hansen and Eva Overödder, both with long experi- ence of working at a patent agency. The activity includes advice, searches, handling and watching of trademarks, company names, domain names and design. The company also offers legal assist- ance in cases of disputes, drafting of agreements, assignments and other aspects of intellectual property.

In patent matters we cooperate with Mr. Kjell Eriksson, Norrtelje Patentbyrå AB. Mr. Eriksson is a very experienced patent ingeneer, who has worked at the Swedish Patent Office, at patent agencies and within industry (Sandvik and Electrolux); for further information see www.norrteljepatent.se
